Our Application & Reservation Process
Our goal is to thoughtfully place each puppy with a family that is prepared for the long-term commitment of dog ownership. To help ensure the best possible match, we require a Puppy Purchase Application (below) prior to approving a reservation.
The Application Process
1. Submit Your Application Below
When you are ready to move forward, please complete our Puppy Purchase Application. This allows us to learn more about your household, lifestyle, and what you are looking for in a puppy.
2. Application Review
Applications are typically reviewed within 24 hours. We may follow up with any additional questions and confirm the puppy you are interested in.
3. Reserve Your Puppy
Once your application has been approved and you are ready to move forward, an invoice will be sent for the reservation deposit. A deposit equal to $400 is required to reserve a specific puppy.
Deposits are:
- Applied toward the final balance
• Non-refundable
• Used to hold a specific puppy
Once the deposit has been received, the puppy is officially reserved for your family.
4. Preparing for Pick-Up
We will coordinate a pick-up appointment once the puppy is ready to join their new home.
5. Final Details
At pick-up, the purchase agreement will be signed and the remaining balance will be paid.
6. Welcome Home Day
Your puppy officially becomes part of your family and begins their new life with you.
